AFTER SALES SERVICE
SICMEMOTORI puts
at the customers' disposal a customer service capable of helping them in all
phases of the relationship, from the technical support we give when we make an
offer to help the customer to decide which product best suits his needs, to the
technical after-sales service.
It is with this in mind, to promptly and
efficiently help the customers with their needs, that SICMEMOTORI has set up and put at the customers' disposal an
effective and detailed customer and technical assistance service in the main
industrialized countries, capable of providing a qualified technical support
when needed.
The workshops offering this service, have been
selected by SICMEMOTORI from the
most qualified ones available in the various countries. The shops are provided with
a regular certification in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard to guarantee that they possess the
appropriate technical and production structures to be able to supply the best
possible assistance.
In case of needs : The Customer can contact the closest authorized repair shop (please check the list at the "After Sales Service" section), informing anyway SICMEMOTORI, or it can contact the SICMESERVICE at the following address:

What is necessary :
In order to get a fast and precise technical support, the Customer should specify: - the type of the motor and its serial number (this information is stamped on the main name plate of the motor)
- as detailed as possible description of the problem.
- some picture (if possible)
Warranty conditions :
Unless otherwise specified at the confirmation of
the order, the guarantee provided by SICMEMOTORI
lasts 12 months starting from the delivery date.
The guarantee can be further extended up to 36
months from the delivery date, if the parties agree on this term at the time of
order. In this case, in order not to void the guarantee, the user must strictly
observe the instructions provided by the SICMEMOTORI
Customer Service, contained in the "Special Guarantee Conditions"
manual, available at SICMEMOTORI.
The guarantee includes the repair or replacement of
the defective part, at the SICMEMOTORI
factory or at an authorized workshop, at SICMEMOTORI
choice, where the motors have to be sent.
The guarantee does not apply to failures due to
lack of skill, improper use, negligence, tampering, wrong use of the materials,
or damage caused by control systems.
The guarantee does not
apply to wearable parts (i.e. brushes, filters, bearings etc.)
Technical Assistance Rates
If necessary, SICMEMOTORI
can send a member of its technical staff, on written request, either at the commissioning
of the installation or during its working.
In case of intervention during the period of
guarantee, if the liability on the part of SICMEMOTORI
is proved, the Customer will be charged only the costs of travel, food and
lodging and transportation costs for the motor and the materials from the place
of installation to the place where the repair will be made.
